We are fortunate to host guests throughout the year, many of which are returning guests, 84% / summer months 95%. We would love to be your host at Cliff Bay which we own, manage and have custom built. Guests are currently booking in all seasons. If you are ready to book, get in touch after you have consulted rates and availability. Please see our new rate minimums.

Our calendar is always up-to-date. Once we confirm dates are available, we send a guest contract and request at 40% deposit. We offer guests two secure payment options e-interac to Soul Management Group, our rental management company  (since 2006) or credit card (visa or master card).

Guests benefit from booking directly as there are no booking fees, such as the 6-12% through booking portals or property rental groups that add 15-25% into the rate total.

After we have received the deposit and completed guest contract, your dates are secure and our booking calendar is updated. Please know, we can accommodate only one guest group at a time.  

  1. NEW: If we receive no reply, within 48 hours, to an agreement sent for a booking request, we assume the guest is not moving ahead with their rental.
  2. Should another inquiry be received it is possible to loose your requested dates if the booking agreement is not returned and deposit/payment information not provided.

  • A deposit of rental rate total is required to secure a reservation and completed a guest contract.
    • winter, spring & summer 2022 arrivals: 40% on booking; final payment: interact @ 70 days / credit card at 60 days prior to arrival.
    • fall 2022, winter, spring & summer 2023 arrivals: 20% on booking; 20% 6-months prior to arrival.; final payment: interact @ 70 days / credit card at 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Secure Payment options: Interac e-Transfer OR Chase Paymentech for Visa or MasterCard
