Muskoka Soul / Soul Management Group Inc. is closely monitoring the COVID 19 situation in Ontario. As of June 5th we adopted changes at the property in light of covid 19.
We want to share what we are doing to ensure the health and well being of our guests.
In addition to the thorough professional cleaning that takes place during each guest group turnover, we are adding an extra level of cleaning and disinfection as a precaution and to provide additional peace of mind. Link to our Covid 19 detailed plan & procedures.
Guests benefit from full privacy and only interact with their own guest group when on site. We have keyless entry and can disable the alarm system remotely. All work is done prior to guests arriving and the time and manpower allotted for proper cleaning has been factored. Guests receive access codes and greeter requirement with e-mail. Guest arrival is 4PM and early arrivals cannot be given at this time. Guest departure is 10AM and later departure cannot be given at this time. If you want to have more time, we invite you to book an added night. To support our guests we offer added time at a reduced rate (after mins), October through May. You can than arrive at the time you wish on your arrival day or departure at the time you wish on your departure day.
Please know, we are working along side our cleaning partners to ensure our standards are met. Booked guests will receive a direct communication on the covid 19 details 2-weeks prior to arrival.
